London Borough of Brent

The London Borough of Brent is a London borough in north west London, and forms part of Outer London. Brent was formed in 1965 from the area of the former Municipal Borough of Wembley and Municipal Borough of Willesden of Middlesex. The name Brent derives from the River Brent which runs through the borough. In 2011 its population was 312,200.

Brent has several landmarks, the most famous is Wembley Stadium, Wembley Arena, Neasden Temple, a Hindu Temple, Central Mosque Wembley and Brent Town Hall.
